Mango Pudding


Preparation Time: 20 to 30 mins

Cooking Time: 10 mins

Ingredients:
Mangoes  - 2
Sugar - 100 gm
Milk - 1 cup
China Grass - small piece

Method:
1. Cut the mangoes and remove the pulp and put it in the blender, then add sugar and milk to it. Grind it to paste. Keep aside
2. Heat a heavy bottom vessel and boil milk, then add china grass. Keep stirring until china grass dissolves completely. Allow to cool
3. Whisk the mango puree with the china grass mixture. 
4. Pour it in a bowl and refrigerate until set (2 hrs).
